The failure of the valve block is mainly manifested by the excessive clearance between the hole and the rod, the wear of the dynamic seal, the wear of the console shoulder, and the cavitation of the reading. The generalized form has the following three points:
(1) Performance degradation: about 15% of failures;
(2) Performance degradation: about 70% of failures are divided into corrosion and mechanical wear, and mechanical wear can be subdivided into wear, aging, and adhesion damage;
(3) Accidents: about 15% of failures.
The two main reasons for valve block failure are:
(1) The cleanliness of the oil is not enough;
(2) The system enters the air
