The arrangement of the ship's hydraulic system shall ensure that the ship's system is not contaminated by fresh water, sea water, sewage, fuel oil, lubricating oil or other oils. All components, piping and accessories shall be able to withstand specified hydraulic impact loads.
The variation of the viscosity of the selected hydraulic oil in the working range does not affect the normal operation of the system. The volume of the hydraulic tank is determined according to the demand of the hydraulic pump, which is equipped with oil temperature, oil level indicator and acousto-optic alarm device. The filtration accuracy of the hydraulic oil filter should meet the working requirements of the hydraulic system, and its structure should ensure the daily inspection and maintenance of the filter element when the filter is removed. The hydraulic cylinder is made of wear-resistant material.
