Single cutting ring type fitting is composed of three parts:
joint body, cutting ring and nut
When the cutting ring and nut are inserted into the joint body on the steel pipe, when the nut is tightened, the outer side of the front end of the sleeve is attached to the cone surface of the joint body, and the inner edge is evenly bitten into the seamless steel pipe to form an effective seal.
Installation instructions for cutting ring fitting:
The socket joint in the installation should be connected with the socket joint inside and outside the handle clean, the nozzle must be polished smooth, the surface can not have burr and concave and convex surface. And there should be no bending at the embedded part of the pipe and the socket joint, otherwise there will be leakage at the connection between the socket joint and the steel pipe. The steel tube at both ends of the clamping cutting ring fitting is made of uniform material, which can effectively prevent leakage.
After the steel pipe is inserted into the cutting ring fitting body, the strength of the clamping sleeve strength should not be too large, the clamping sleeve should be gradually screwed at the tail or 2/3 of the stop thread, and the clamping sleeve can be tightened with a wrench.
