But in the middle and high pressure hydraulic system, if the improper operation will often cause leakage, affecting its popularization and use.
1. pre-installed
The pre-installation force should not be too large. There are mainly sleeve type longitudinal pipe joint, sleeve type end longitudinal connecting head, sleeve type three-way pipe joint and other types.
The correct approach should be to use what kind of joint body is used to connect one end of the pipe, and the corresponding joint end should be pre-installed with the same type of joint, so as to avoid causing leakage problems to the greatest extent.
The detailed approach is to use a joint body as the parent, the nut, clamping sleeve can be pressed to the pipe. Small diameter joints can be preinstalled at the bench length. If the clamping sleeve deformation is severe in pre-installation, it will lose the sealing effect. After the pipe is sawed, it should be polished evenly on grinding wheel and other tools, and the burrs should be removed, cleaned and cleaned with high pressure air before use. A special preloader is generally required.
The end face of the pipe should be flush. The author found that, even for a uniform shipment from a uniform manufacturer, the depth of the conical holes in the joint body is often different, resulting in leakage, which is often overlooked. The inner edge of the jacket should be inserted into the outer wall of the pipe, and the jacket should not be significantly deformed.
During pre-installation, the coaxiality of the pipe and the joint body should be kept as far as possible. If the pipe is too deviation, it will also cause sealing failure.
The pre-installation of the sleeve type pipe joint is an important link, which directly affects the reliability of the seal. The tightening force of φ6-10mm clamp is 64-115N, φ 16mMR 259N, and φ18mm is 450N. When connecting pipes, assemble according to the specified tightening force.
2. When connecting the pipeline, it should be tightened at one time to avoid multiple disassembly, otherwise it will make the sealing function worse.
3. When connecting the pipe, the pipe should have enough deformation allowance to avoid the tensile stress of the pipe.
4. It is forbidden to add sealant and other fillers.
5. When connecting the pipeline, it should avoid being subjected to lateral force. Excessive lateral force will cause lax sealing. Some people in order to achieve better sealing effect, in the card sleeve coated with sealant, the sealant was flushed into the hydraulic system, resulting in hydraulic components of the damping hole blockage and other faults.
