Walform extrusion pipeline connection technology,
pipeline flaring connection technology,
pipeline thrust ring connection technology.
Different technologies have different characteristics, and workers have to make choices based on specific conditions.
First, Walform's extruded pipe connection technology is the most widely applicable. It can withstand a maximum pressure of 80MPA, which is suitable for small and medium flow mechanical operation system and can operate in ultra-high pressure environment.
Second, pipeline flaring connection technology. Different pipe flaring angles have different effects. If the flaring port is positioned at 37 degrees, its maximum flow rate also reaches 10000L/min, but it cannot work under ultra-high pressure environment, and can be applied to large flow system. However, if the flaring port is positioned at 90 degrees, the fluctuation space of flow increases, and the maximum tolerance range can reach 50,00L /min, which can operate under conditions of large flow and low pressure.
Third, as for the pipeline thrust ring connection technology, its operation steps are relatively simple, the management mode is relatively flexible, in addition to can not be applied in the low-pressure system, can achieve a leap in various fields.
