Welded cone-sealed pipe joint, the specification requirements of steel pipe are more flexible. After welding with pipe, it has the characteristics of strong connection and good sealing performance, so it is widely used in metallurgy, shipbuilding, wind power, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, port machinery, engineering machinery and other systems. It is also suitable for all kinds of mechanical engineering, machine tools and other hydraulic transmission pipelines. When the production of sleeve type pipe joint can not meet the needs, and in the case of strong corrosion, can be given priority to use.
Welded conical sealing pipe joint is mainly composed of joint body, nut and conical pipe, and is sealed with o-ring between the joint body and conical pipe. When the joint body is screwed into the body, the end face seal is realized by using ED cushion sealing ring, O-ring sealing ring, or metal washer. The conical pipe is connected with the steel pipe in the hydraulic system by welding, and the connection between the pipe joint and the parts is mainly made of Inch thread, ordinary fine tooth thread and American thread.
The welded pipe joint is generally suitable for the pipeline system with oil medium. The welded pipe joint has the advantages of simple manufacturing process, reliable work, convenient disassembly and assembly, good safety sealing, etc. It has low requirements for the dimension accuracy of the connected tubing and high working pressure. It is a commonly used connection form at present. Its disadvantage is that the welding quality requirements are higher, the O-shaped rubber ring is easy to aging, damage, so as to affect the sealing performance.
The basic structure of the clamp sleeve joint is composed of the joint body, the clamp sleeve and the nut. It is characterized by simple structure, convenient disassembly, large impact and vibration, long service life, but the manufacturing quality of the clamp sleeve and the dimension accuracy of the outer diameter of the steel pipe are higher.
The sleeve type pipe joint is the same as the welding type pipe joint, and has a straight end pipe joint, right Angle, tee and other forms.
