1. Seal
Since the strength of stainless steel is higher than the general data, stamping and shearing require higher pressure, and only when the gap between the knife and the knife is accurate, poor shear and work hardening will not occur. Plasma or laser cutting is preferred. When gas cutting or arc cutting is necessary, the heat-affected area should be polished and heat treated.
2. bend
The thin plate can be bent to 180 degrees, but in order to reduce the cracks on the curved surface of the same radius, the thick plate is set to 2 times the thickness radius in the rolling direction, and the thickness radius is set to 4 times to be zigzag along the rolling straight line direction The radius of the plate thickness when it is shaped. Especially when welding, in order to avoid processing cracks, the welding area should be polished on the surface.
3. Deep drawing
During the deep drawing process, frictional heat is easily generated. Therefore, after forming with pressure-resistant and heat-resistant high-grade stainless steel, the oil adhering to the surface should be removed.
4. Welding
Before welding, rust, oil, water, paint, etc. that are harmful to welding should be thoroughly removed, and welding rods suitable for steel grades should be selected. The spot welding distance is shorter than that of carbon steel. Stainless steel brushes should be used to remove welding slag.
After welding, in order to avoid local corrosion or strength reduction, the surface should be polished or cleaned.
