Classification of pressure gauges(一)
1, according to the measurement accuracy can be divided into precision pressure gauge and general pressure gauge.
①The measurement accuracy level of precision pressure gauge is 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, 0.4 and 0.5 respectively;
②The measurement accuracy level of general pressure gauge is 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0 level respectively.
2, according to the indication of different benchmarks of pressure can be divided into general pressure gauge, absolute pressure gauge, stainless steel pressure gauge and differential pressure gauge.
① general pressure gauge to atmospheric pressure as the benchmark;
② absolute pressure gauge to absolute pressure zero as the reference;
③Differential pressure gauge measures the difference between the two measured pressures.
3, according to the measurement range can be divided into vacuum table, pressure vacuum table, micro-pressure table, low pressure table, medium pressure table and high pressure table.
①Vacuum gauge is used to measure the pressure value less than the atmospheric pressure;
②Pressure vacuum gauge is used to measure the pressure value which is less than and more than the atmospheric pressure;
③Micro-pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure value less than 60,000 Pa;
④Low pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure value of 0~6MPa;
⑤ Medium pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure value of 10~60MPa;
4, according to the display mode can be divided into pointer pressure gauge and digital pressure gauge.
