Hydraulic valve installation and requirements
Before the installation of hydraulic components, check the qualification certificate and review the instruction manual for the unsealed hydraulic components. If it is a qualified product with complete procedures, and not a product that has been corroded in the open air for a long time, it is not necessary to do any other test, and it is not recommended to clean it again and then disassemble it directly.
If there is a fault during the test run, it is necessary to re-disassemble and assemble the components when it is necessary to make an accurate judgment, especially for foreign products, it is not allowed to disassemble and assemble at will, so as not to affect the accuracy of the products when they leave the factory.
Hydraulic valve installation should pay attention to
1) Pay attention to the orientation of the oil inlet and oil return port of each valve component during installation.
2) If the installation position is not specified, it should be installed in a convenient position for use and maintenance. The axis of the general direction control valve should be installed horizontally. When installing the reversing valve, the four screws should be tightened evenly, and the diagonal line should be gradually tightened.
3) valve parts installed with flange, screw can not be screwed too tight, because too tight sometimes cause poor sealing, and the original seal or material can not meet the sealing requirements, should replace the form or material of the seal.
4) Some valves in order to manufacture and install easily, often open two holes with the same effect, and after installation, one should be blocked.
5) Need to adjust the valve class, usually according to the clockwise direction of rotation, increase the flow, pressure; Rotate counterclockwise to reduce flow or pressure.
6) In the installation, if some valves and connectors can not be purchased, it is allowed to use the hydraulic valve through which the flow exceeds the rated flow of 40% instead.
