4. Rubber hose installation and requirements
A rubber hose is used to connect two parts that move in opposite directions. When installing rubber hoses, ensure that:1) To avoid sharp turns, the bending radius R should be greater than 9 ~ 10 times the outer diameter, and the bending should be at least 6 times the diameter from the joint. When the hose is bent, the installation of the hose joint should be on the same movement plane to prevent torsion. At the joint should be free hanging, avoid bending by its own weight.

However, when the hose is used under high pressure, clamps should be used as little as possible. Because the hose is deformed under pressure, friction energy will be lost at the clamps.
3) The hose should be installed as far away from heat sources as possible, and heat shield or heat sleeve should be installed if necessary. Hoses and connectors must be compatible with the environmental conditions.
