2.the choice of hydraulic oil varieties
1、Select according to the working pressure of hydraulic system.
Different working pressure has different requirements for hydraulic oil quality. The increase of system working pressure requires the anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-foaming and anti-emulsification and hydrolysis stability of hydraulic oil to be improved. At the same time, in order to prevent leakage caused by the increase in pressure, the viscosity of hydraulic oil should be increased accordingly; conversely, low viscosity hydraulic oil is selected.
2、Select according to the use of environmental temperature.
In the high ambient temperature or near the heat source of machinery, should give preference to the oil with high viscosity (oil viscosity changes with temperature, that is, viscous temperature) or flame-retardant oil. In the harsh working conditions of the occasion, to ensure the safety and reliability of the system, to use the viscous temperature characteristics, thermal stability, lubrication and rust and corrosion prevention properties of good oil.
3, according to the seal material selection.
The seal material of the hydraulic device is compatible with the fluid used in the system, otherwise the seal will appear in the expansion, shrinkage, erosion, dissolution and other phenomena, resulting in a decline in system performance, such as HM anti-wear hydraulic fluid and natural rubber, butyl rubber, vinyl rubber, silicone rubber and other poor compatibility, which is to be paid attention to in the actual use.
