Steel tubes: We recommend the use of seamless, heated stainless steel tubes precisely manufactured to DIN EN ISO 1127, tolerance class D4/T3, material 1.4571. Welded tubes cannot be used because the material structure around the weld changes so that the entry of the single sleeve can also change. It is economically possible to use thin-walled steel tubes that cannot withstand the pressure of a single jacket during installation. In order to ensure the performance of the joint, we recommend the use of stiffening sleeves.


Cone seal joint

A wide variety of 24° taper couplings are used on equipment and machines. There are cone seal fittings, single card sleeve fittings, welded nozzles and other fittings with a 24° taper at one end (also including valve and hose fittings). Directional adjustable stainless steel 24° cone sealing fittings are suitable for connection to threaded fittings body according to DIN 3853 with 24° inner cone.


Principle of action:

A wire limit nut can be rotated and installed on the body of the pipe joint. This steel needle is located in the groove of the joint body and in the cross section of the nut, so that the cone seal of the joint is limited. Sealing is achieved by contacting the o-ring on the 24° cone with the 24° inner cone of the nipple body (hole form according to DIN 3861 type W).
