Flare flange insert cone is used to mating with flare flange, there are several types of connections:
insert cone from tube to flange o-ring groove connection
insert cone from tube to tube connection
insert cone flat from tube to flange without o-ring groove connection
for SAE flare flange insert cone, we could offer 304, 316L, carbon steel. And for carbon steel, it will be electroplated with zinc or others to protect the products be rust proof.
