1) preparation
Determine the length of pipe material according to the diameter and bending radius of the pipe to be processed, and consider the clamping capacity of the tail seat of the pipe bender and the rocker chuck. When the end face of the car pin tube material, the perpendicularity of the end face and the axis should be guaranteed. The deviation is less than 0.5 degree, or the tangent deviation is less than 2.5D outer /1000.
2) Adjustment of pipe bender
First call the appropriate high-frequency heating diagram, and lock firmly. Tailstock rears to desired position. The guide roller opens a certain size according to the diameter of the pipe. Adjust the position of rocker chuck relative to the center of rotation. Align the center of collet with the center of pipe.

Use the crane to lift the pipe material to the pipe bending machine, adjust the guide roller wheel to align the pipe with the center line of the fuselage, operate the collet of the tail seat to jam the pipe material end, send it in, make the pipe material processing end pass through the induction heating coil, and reach the bending part to be heated, clamp the pipe material with the rocker collet.
4) bend
First connect the water cooling line, and then connect the high frequency power supply. Heat the tube to bending temperature. Activate the main drive. Push pipe material at specified speed to bend pipe. At this point, the cooling system must ensure the cooling effect. When the elbow reaches a predetermined Angle, it will stop propulsion and automatically turn off the heating power supply. Loosen the collet, tail seat tail collet and guide roller, remove the elbow with the crane, cut off the straight section of the elbow and the opening of the bevel, and check, correct, decontaminate and dry the elbow.
