The influence of sealing surface material and treatment state on the sealing performance of high pressure ball valves

 

The sealing surface material and its state of finish have a significant impact on the amount of leakage from a high pressure ball valve. The way to ensure link sealing is to fit the two surfaces to each other so that the remaining gap between the surfaces becomes capillary hole shaped to prevent fluid from passing through.
